At Keen Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and box inserts are included with the footwear.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
